End to a busy wedding season

Posted on: May 3rd, 2011 by Rebecca No Comments

Well the peak wedding season has come to an end sadly, but what a season it has been!! It has taken me to great locations and allowed me to be a part of a couple’s wedding day.

From Daniel and Mary’s wedding at beautiful Balmoral Beach, the Majestic Cuzon Hall for Toni & Adam’s wedding, Mt Keira Scout Camp amoungst the beautiful rain forest and stunning water falls, the wonderus Hunter Valley for Peter & Adams’ big day, Bridal Falls in the STUNNING Blue Mountains and Cloverly Surf Club for Ruby & Joel.

The best location i have been to this season is the Great Hall based in the grounds of Sydney University….WOW what a breath taking venue. The weather was one of the worst i could remember for Jessica & David’s wedding, however guests and the couple did not even realise the bad weather inside in this beautiful and enchanting venue.

As we do come into the quite season, i look forward to meeting with couples who are planning their Spring, Summer and Autumn weddings.

I will be attending the Penrith Bridal Expo of the 18th and 19th of June…so if you are in the area, please come by and say hello!!

Congrats to all my couples i have married this season and a big THANKYOU for allowing me to be part of your special day =)

Hunter Valley Stunner!

Posted on: March 13th, 2011 by Rebecca No Comments

This weekend took me to the stunning Hunter Valley Region, to perform Peta & Adam’s wedding ceremony. Ironbark Hill Winery was the scene. The ceremony set amongst the vineyards and the weather was beautiful. Once i had completed the ceremony i had time to stop at some of the wineries in the area. Wynham Estate was a beautiful location…..definitely worth the look if you are planning on having your wedding in the Hunter.

It was a pleasure doing Adam and Peta’s wedding! I know you guys will be happy together for the rest of your lifes!!

Blue Mountains Ceremony

Saturday found me on my way to the town of Springwood in the beautiful Blue Mountains.

Martin’s Lookout was the scene for Tracy & Brogan to exchange their wedding vows….and what a breath taking view it was. This little spot is found at the end of Farm Road in Springwood. There was a bit of ‘off’ road driving for approx 1kmto get to the lookout, but it was well worth it!

Tracy & Brogan celebrated their love with a relaxed family wedding with their Son Sam, daughter Kate, Tracy’s father and their new little addition Elizabeth (only a few months old) walking Tracy down the aisle and also giving her away.

This small intimate affair was truly as beautiful as the surrounds it was in.

Congratulations Tracy & Brogan!

The theme…..Summer Cocktail and that is what exactly what Erin & Ben recieved on Saturday! It was a beautiful summer day (although a bit warm) the cool breeze coming off the harbour made for a beautiful day. Under the big fig trees in the gardens of the RGB Erin & Ben exchanged their wedding vows, then guests were invited to stay around and congratulate the couple with a cold beer or glass of wine!!

Congrats guys and i hope you share a wonderful life together =)
